The Cypress Clinic accepts appointments only, which can be made during regular office hours (Mon-Thurs: 8am-5pm and Friday: 8am-12pm). In order to properly schedule your visit, the nature of your visit will be required. If your medical needs are urgent, we will do our best to schedule you in for a same day visit. Due to occasional emergencies, The Cypress Clinic may run behind schedule on appointments, and in this event, we will do our best to notify you of any delays and assist you as quickly as possible.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify our office as quickly as possible. This courtesy will allow other patients to use that time is applicable.
If you have recently seen a different physician, it can be helpful to have your previous medical records available. Consent for information must be filled out and signed.
The Cypress Clinic files all claims to our participating insurance groups. If your insurance carrier is considered out of network, you will be required to submit your claim. We always encourage our patients to be familiar with their insurance plans. It is always helpful to know where your insurance company is located, when your policy became effective, and your employer contact personnel.

Fees and Payment
Payments of co-pays, deductibles, or any fees not covered by your insurance company are expected at the time of your visit. We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards. While we expect you to keep your account current, if you are experiencing financial difficulties, please let the office manager know so that we may take it under consideration – we value you as a patient and want to provide the best service and medical care possible.
The Cypress Clinic encourages you to refill all medications during a regular office visit. If this is not possible, please contact your pharmacy and they will notify us via fax. Please allow 3 business days for all refills.
